Rocks: You're on notice, Mr. President

This is appalling. A new low of lows. This week, Obama made a speech at Georgetown University and asked that the monogram of Jesus be covered up while he spoke.

Luke 19:40...Jesus said, "if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out."

God cannot be stopped. EVEN THE STONES will cry out.

Obama you are on notice, the stones are watching.

  1. From Georgetown:

“In coordinating the logistical arrangements for yesterday’s event, Georgetown honored the White House staff’s request to cover all of the Georgetown University signage and symbols behind Gaston Hall stage,” Julie Green Bataille, associate vice president for communications at Georgetown, told CNSNews.com.

The monogram just happened to be up there. Chill out.

  2. Notice that EVERYTHING was covered. I don't get why everything with you people needs to be a church moment. He alludes to Jesus and you're upset he didn't have enough Jesus in it.

Also, when did this nation become a Theocracy where Jesus needs to be the center of all public life and policy. If you want to move to a Theocracy, I hear Iran is lovely this time of year. I'll take my Republic, thank you very much.

  3. Even if America is a Republic without religious affiliation, I would find it strange that someone who claims to be a Christian would be okay with that. *shrug* Yes, I am a Christian and I realize there needs to be a line between government and church. But above all, I am a Christian first and a citizen second. So if Obama is truly a Christian, shouldn't he say the same? And therefore, shouldn't he be a bit uncomfortable at covering up all the religious allusions that are all over the architecture of the building?
